Ottawa Center

Centretown

Providing both student housing and high end living only blocks apart, this neighbourhood has something for everybody. Take a stroll in Strathcona Park to enjoy the beauty that is Sandy Hill.

Byward Market

The Byward Market is part of Lowertown and it is one of the liveliest neighbourhoods in the City of Ottawa. With a mix of residential and commercial spaces, everything is close by. The Market itself features a farmer’s market, small shops, restaurants, and Ottawa’s premier bars. It’s an exciting place to live and there is always something going on!

Westboro

Westboro is one of Ottawa’s trendiest neighbourhoods! It features great shopping and restaurants and properties in this area are highly sought after. With a mixture of older houses and new condos, Westboro has something for everyone. Don’t forget to enjoy a nice summer day down at Westboro Beach!

Hintonburg

Hintonburg is an up and coming neighbourhood located just west of the downtown core. It is predominantly residential but does feature a commercial strip. Culture plays a big part in this community with Orpheus Musical Theatre Society and Great Canadian Theatre Company calling it home. The Parkdale Farmer’s Market, one of Ottawa’s largest farmer’s markets, is also located in this great community!

Golden Triangle

Located within the Centretown Neighbourhood the Golden Triange is a hot neighbourhood bordered by Elgin Street and the Rideau Canal. It is home to many great bars and restaurants along Elgin Street and Sens Mile during playoff hockey. The area is composed primarily of single family homes but there are also condos and small apartment buildings throughout.
